Pastors Jon and Charlotte Russell are the Founding Pastors of Radiant Chattanooga based in Chattanooga, TN. Pastor Jon is a church planter and conference speaker born in Memphis. Having pastored in the Nashville, Mobile and Auburn, Al areas, he is excited to be in Chattanooga. Charlotte is an Influencer with Instagram.
Pastor Jon has a knack for delivering relevant and thought provoking messages that inspire and ignite people towards their destiny. Their personal philosophy and driving passion is evangelizing the lost and equipping believers. They believe the result will be city transformation!

Pastor Nathan and Brandi Patrick
Pastors Nathan and Brandi Patrick are the Executive Pastors of Radiant Chattanooga based in Chattanooga, TN. Pastor Nathan is a retired Navy Chief and has served in leadership roles at multi-campus churches in Washington and Tennessee. Brandi has a passion for families and is a local early childhood learning center director.
Pastor Nathan is a jack-of-most-trades in ministry (don’t worry, he won’t lead worship) and believes that even the smallest things deserve the greatest attention when working for the kingdom!
Pastor Nathan and Brandi enjoy spending time with their family! They have a beautiful daughter, Zoe (20), who is living in Washington still ( they miss her so much!), four handsome boys, Jaxin (17), Zayne (14), Kolten (11), and Ollie (8), and three of the cutest pups on the planet, Muffin, Scout, and Daisy, all siblings!
Pastor Nathan has a Master’s in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and is finishing his MBA.
